What can make icelandic coffee so damn excellent? I’ve been to Iceland last summer time and was amazed by how darn beneficial they make their coffee. It’s aromatic, strong and rather dark and also you can get it without spending a dime (!!!) at a lot of gas stations. Considering that my return I’ve been wanting to brew espresso that will be as great as Icelandic coffee but I’ve failed (to date). So, does any one know how Icelanders make their coffee? What beans do they use? Do they use typical drip espresso makers or some thing else?
